Pratia Pedunculata commonly known as Country Park (or County Park) grows a 5 cm. height carpet with blue starry flowers and can spread by underground stolon. This perennial stays green the whole year through and is flowering from May to August. It loves a moist or even well drained soil.
I bought these in 2017 and it was quickly flourishing and spreading as a carpet. It gave a beautiful miniature meadow with blue flowers. I noticed that after the very dry summer (especially for Dutch standards) of 2018 it was flourishing lesser this early spring (2019) than the spring of last year. So I gave them some extra nutrition and the small flowers started to appear quickly after as you can see below.
